My favorite one lately was delivered to me by the wonderful Brittan Bright after someone passionately declared to her that SEO is the “Calculus of Marketing.” I love it simply because it fits. I've just found that I don't really enjoy calculus, I don't have any particular trouble understanding it, but I have not been able to make myself put the work into mastering it that I should have.
